James Martin

James Martin is a Principal Consultant in the WSP Circular Economy team.

He supports public and private sector clients to identify and adopt circular practices, EPR systems, policies, services and infrastructure that decouple economic growth from resource use. He has supported the development of circular economy strategy and policy to steer national industries (e.g., Scotland’s Oil & gas industry, Renewables industry and Transmission and Distribution networks), and worked with the World Bank and national governments to identify policy solutions to improve circularity across nations. James has also supported SMEs and multi-national businesses to develop circular products and processes. He has supported ZWS to develop Scotland’s DRS and is working with Local Authorities to prepare for the packaging EPR.
