Victor Dewulf

As Chief Executive Officer of Recycleye, Victor has responsibility for the company’s team of engineers and commercial experts.

Victor holds an MEng in Environmental Engineering (1:1) from Imperial College London and most recently was awarded joint first place in the European Patent Office inaugural Young Inventors award with Peter Hedley. In 2021, Victor was named in Forbes 30 under 30 for social impact list.

Victor resigned from his job at Goldman Sachs to start a PhD at Imperial College, in which he developed version 1 of the Recycleye AI vision system, which significantly outperformed existing systems.

Victor has received numerous awards for his work: The European Patent Office inaugural Young Inventors award with Peter Hedley, the Letitia Chitty Centenary Memorial prize, the Black & Veatch Prize in Environmental Engineering and the Centurion Award for academic excellence. He also holds a MEng in Environmental Engineering (1:1). Victor was listed in Forbes 2021, 30 under 30 list for social impact.

As Chief Executive Officer of Recycleye, Victor is responsible for the company’s team of 30 engineers and commercial experts as well as Recycleye’s strategic roadmap. Victor has extensive international industry experience having worked in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Houston and Brussels.
