Traci Lewis

With over 20 years of experience in sustainability, I now help purpose-led women succeed in their green careers by providing business and mindset coaching, workshops, and courses. I work with women who want to land their dream green or climate job or to navigate working for themselves successfully.

As co-founder and director of the social enterprise Catalyse Change CIC, I inspire, empower, and skill young women and non-binary changemakers. I also work as a third-sector consultant, delivering projects, facilitation, sustainability workshops, and business development services to social enterprises, charities, and community businesses. I worked for the Soil Association for 18 years. Since working for myself, I have supported organisations, such as Bristol Food Network, Centre for Thriving Places, Quartet Foundation, Women in Sustainability, UWE, and School for Social Entrepreneurs, to grow and thrive through effective and inspiring projects and partnerships.

My first book – Your Green Career; the handbook for young women & non-binary changemakers make a difference and land their first job in sustainability.
I live on a houseboat between the vibrant and beautiful cities of Bristol and Bath in south west England.
